This game is pretty much open to any Torchwood/Doctor Who character and OCs. Even if people died in the shows, they can still be here because of the rift.
Other forms of the Doctor are welcome. Any AU versions of characters already in play need to have permission from the Mods to play. There is a maximum of 2 version of a character or certain doctor, just to keep the confusion down.

**For now, there will be six people to a Torchwood Team. If there are a lot of civilians/aliens/misc. and the teams are full, we'll add more spots.**
